Congratulations on your forthcoming Union! 

As a privately owned and intimate family-run Hotel, Overton Grange Country House Hotel has been awarded the AA Outstanding 86% Merit for Facilities, Food and Service. We understand that with so much to organise for your forthcoming marriage that you need a Wedding Venue which you can trust to provide you with something perfect and as we hold only one Wedding a day, complete focus is on you and your party.

The Hotel is Licensed for Civil Marriages and Civil Parnership Ceremonies (Registrar 01584 874941) and we have a choice of beautiful Rooms available. We can accommodate up to 100 guests for the seated Wedding Breakfast,150 for Evening Buffets.

Our gardens and terrace, with stunning views, are perfect for your photographs and to enjoy Reception drinks. The main function suite, The Mulberry Room opens up onto the Grounds. All Rooms enjoy Marvellous views and  2009 saw the addition of our fabulous 15m Indoor Pool, Sauna and Beauty Treatment facilities!

Private Parties          

Overton Grange Country House Hotel and Spa is a perfect venue for all kinds of Private Gatherings - shooting parties, informal friends get-togethers or family occassions. You can be assured of a pleasant lunch or elegant dinner together with the option of a private dining room.

We can accommodate private parties in our function room up to 140 people (more in a marquee on the lawn.) Smaller numbers can enjoy the Willow Morning Room

 

The Willow Room 

Smaller parties up to approximately 40 guests can be accommodated in the WILLOW MORNING ROOM an oak-panelled private dining room with aspects out to the front of the Hotel, and to the Clee Hills. This room is licensed for Civil Ceremonies.

THE MULBERRY SUITE

With seating for up to 100 guests, (150 for evening buffet) this light and pleasant suite opens onto the hotel lawns and Terrace with extensive views of the idyllic Shropshire countryside.  Individual round tables accommodating 8, 10, or 12 guests are set out with white linen tablecloths and napkins.  The Mulberry Suite has the added benefit of its own private bar.

A choice of Menus is available. (Parties of ten or more are requested to select a set menu). Our Chef will be happy to suggest dishes, including, of course, for guests with dietary requirements, and you are more than welcome to make an informal visit to look around the House and Grounds in advance of Booking.
